Lower urinary tract symptoms, usually occur due to the potentially obstructive organ, prostate, in men and especially after multiple deliveries and fluctuation of estrogen in women. Up to now the functional anatomy and the mechanism of neural control of lower urinary tract and pelvic floor has been investigated.
