Evaluation Of Lower Urinary Tract Function In Neurogenic And Nonneurogenic Voiding Dysfunction

Voiding dysfunction is the result of lower urinary tract dysfunction and it may be classified as anatomic, neurogenic,and functional. In order to make a correct treatment, the etiologic factor and the functional disorder should be revealed correctly. Diagnosis of anatomic causes is relatively easy, but diagnosing functional voiding dysfuncion, especially differential diagnosis of occult neurogenic dysfunction is occasionally a very difficult problem.
