Molecular Genetics In Urogenital System Tumours

Transformation to malignities in normal cells is accompanied by alterations of the genetic structure. Carcinogenetic process could be determined after the developments in molecular biology. Point mutations, deletions and amplifications in genetic structure could be verified via different methods. The alterations in proto-oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes are also important in malign transformation.
The genetic alterations also have significant role in urogenital system malignancies.
