Aim of the laparoscopic oncologic operations is to repeat the open operations that have proven their reliability and efficiency throughout the time without making any concessions. Number of laparoscopic operations in the urooncology have spreaded recently and changed the destiny of the urooncologic surgery. Some operations have equivalent oncologic results to the open surgery. Some operations need more follow-up periods to prove their efficiency.
