Recent years application of advanced surgical and new immunosupressive approaches have enabled the transplantation of almost every kind of vital organs and tissues with success. Despite these since most of the transplantations are performed from genetically distinct donors tissue, appropriateness between recipient and donor still remains to be a problem. Consequently, the immune response of recipient developed against donor graft antigens must be considered before and sometimes after transplantation.
